Uppada Jamdani saree weaving takes nearly 10-60 days time for which at least 2-3 weavers has to spend 10hours of their day.It has a beautiful hand made saree with different designs.These sarees are available in many colours with light weight.So any one can wear it without any doubt.
The length count of threads is 100 and the breadth count is 100 in the weaving process of Uppada Silk sarees. Jamdani made in Uppada has two weavers working on single loom and weaving delicate and beautiful designs on the fabric by zari work.Since this is an art practiced solely by hands,it takes two paintasking months before a superb piece of work is finished



The average price range of Uppada Silk sarees is between Rs. 2500/- and Rs. 20000/-.
My uppada pattu saree cost around Rs.2800/-
This saree is a combination of uppada with pochampally design, Blouse is with maggam work costs around Rs.1000/-.When i wore it i feel so comfort because uppada pattu is very light weight.
